PageHub is a product of TechShuttle Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. We provide a creator monetization platform that enables creators to sell digital products, run courses, manage communities, and grow their audience.

Information you provide directly:

• Account details: name, email address, username, and password when you register
• Profile information: bio, profile photo, category, and social links you add to your store
• Payment details: bank account or UPI information provided for payouts (handled via Razorpay)
• Content you upload: digital products, course materials, images, and other files
• Communications: messages you send us through support or feedback channels

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
• Transaction data: purchase history, order amounts, and payment status
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and deliver the Platform's core features
• Process payments and transfer earnings to your bank account via Razorpay
• Send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and download links
• Deliver product files and community access to your buyers after payment
• Send you platform updates, new feature announcements, and service notifications
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the Platform and develop new features
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors: We share necessary payment details with Razorpay to process transactions. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Email services: We use Resend to send transactional emails on your behalf. Email addresses are shared only for delivery purposes.
• Buyers: When a purchase is made on your store, we share your public store name and the product details with the buyer to fulfill the transaction.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information to government authorities or law enforcement when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: If PageHub is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before such a transfer takes effect.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, keeping your data within India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security policies to ensure creators can only access their own data
• Hashed and salted password storage — we never store passwords in plain text
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

No system is completely immune to security risks. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@pagehub.bio.

When someone purchases a product from your PageHub store, we collect their name, email address, and payment details to fulfill the transaction. This buyer data is stored in your account and accessible to you through your dashboard.

As a creator using PageHub, you are responsible for:

• Using buyer data only for legitimate purposes related to your products and services
• Not sharing or selling buyer information to third parties without consent
• Maintaining appropriate data practices if you export or store buyer data externally

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Platform. Types of cookies we use:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand traffic patterns and feature usage to improve PageHub.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings and customizations.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Platform features.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by Indian law or to resolve outstanding disputes.

Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations under Indian law.

PageHub is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered on our Platform, please contact us at support@pagehub.bio and we will promptly delete the account.

PageHub maintains a zero-tolerance approach to any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers children. We prohibit the creation, uploading, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that grooms, traffics, or otherwise endangers minors.

Violations result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and applicable Indian law. To report such content, contact: safety@pagehub.bio

Under applicable Indian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing

Your public PageHub store may contain links to external platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or Telegram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. Review their individual privacy policies before sharing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use PageHub after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
