These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and TechShuttle Private Limited operating PageHub. By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.
Throughout these Terms:
To use PageHub as a Creator, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform.
If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
When you create an account on PageHub, you must provide truthful and accurate information, maintain the security of your login credentials, notify us immediately at support@pagehub.bio if you suspect unauthorized access, and not create multiple accounts or share account access with others.
Your username and public store URL must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or be misleading, offensive, or obscene. PageHub reserves the right to reject or revoke usernames that violate these guidelines.
PageHub gives Creators access to tools including a customizable public store page, digital product listing and file delivery, course and lesson builder, community gating for Telegram and Discord, lead magnet forms, event and webinar ticket management, link-in-bio store with click tracking, analytics dashboard, and AutoDM keyword rule management.
The Platform is provided on an as-available basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
As a Creator on PageHub, you are solely responsible for all Content you upload or sell, ensuring your Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, delivering promised products to your Buyers as described, setting accurate prices and descriptions, complying with all applicable Indian laws including GST, handling refund requests and disputes with your Buyers fairly, and any tax obligations arising from income earned through the Platform.
PageHub acts as a platform facilitator only. We are not a party to transactions between Creators and Buyers and bear no liability for the quality, accuracy, legality, or delivery of any Content.
You must not use PageHub to sell counterfeit or plagiarized Content, distribute malware or harmful software, engage in fraudulent transactions, harass or abuse other users, collect or misuse Buyer data without consent, violate any applicable Indian or international law, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform, impersonate any person or entity, sell products that promote violence or illegal activity, or upload any content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination at our discretion.
Transaction fees are deducted from each sale before the remaining amount is transferred to you:
Payments to Creators are processed via Razorpay on a T+1 basis. PageHub does not hold your earnings beyond the standard processing period. All fees are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
PageHub reserves the right to modify plan pricing or features with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all Content you create and upload to PageHub. By publishing Content on the Platform, you grant PageHub a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your Content to Buyers solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
PageHub Platform: All underlying technology, design, trademarks, and Platform infrastructure are owned exclusively by TechShuttle Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our Platform without explicit written permission.

You represent and warrant that you hold all rights and permissions necessary to publish and sell your Content, your Content does not infringe any third-party rights, your product descriptions are accurate and not misleading, and your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.
PageHub makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The Platform is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TechShuttle Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, loss of revenue or data, disputes between Creators and Buyers, or downtime caused by third-party services or force majeure events.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to PageHub in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechShuttle Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, Content you publish or sell, your infringement of any third-party rights, disputes between you and your Buyers, or your violation of any applicable law.
PageHub may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms, your account is associated with fraudulent or abusive activity, we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority, or your account remains inactive for an extended period.
Where possible, we will provide advance notice before suspension. Upon termination, your public store will be taken offline and any pending earnings will be processed within the standard settlement period. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pagehub.bio.
Your use of PageHub is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continuing to use PageHub after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
PageHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.
PageHub has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any interaction designed to harm children. Any account found violating this policy will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement under the POCSO Act and applicable Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of PageHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, contact us at legal@pagehub.bio so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days.
